If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you do have the option to exchange or return the item. Please read our return and exchange policy below, or check out our FAQs.
We have a 10 day return policy (from the day you received the item). To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Accessories, limited edition, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Exchanges can only be made for another size or color of the same item.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
- You (the customer) will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do offer pre-paid return labels for your convenience, but the cost will be deducted from your refund.
To complete your return or exchange, notify us by e-mail first. We will send you a return slip to fill out and include with your return/exchange item.

Processing the return or exchange will take between 2-3 business days after we have received it, and refunds/credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take between 5-7 business days to show in your account depending on the method of payment.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shoot us an email right away if you have an issue with any item, and we'll get back to you ASAP.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
