Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love our gear! 

If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase ( or if the fit just wasn't 100%). You do have the option to exchange or return the item. Please read our return and exchange policy.

Accessories, limited edition and sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it.

Exchanges can be made for another size, color, or another item ( excludes print on demand items). Item being exchanged must be unused, unlaundered with tags in package and in the same condition received.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shoot us an email right away if you have an issue with any item, and we'll get back to you ASAP.

To complete your return or exchange, notify us by e-mail first. We will send you a return slip to fill out and send with your return/exchange item.

You ( customer) will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

We highly recommend paying for tracking to keep an eye on any packages you send to us. After your return/exchange package reaches us, processing the return or exchange will take between 7-14 business days.

Refunds/credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take between 5-7 business days to show in your account depending on the method of payment.

There are some circumstances where partial refund may be issued.  

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
